PT Bali Casa Villas is a Foreign Investor Company located in Bali, specialized in accommodation section and consultant service. PT Bali Casa supervises a Luxurious Villa property in Seminyak area, Bali. We are currently searching the best candidate for positions as:

 

PROJECT CONTROLLER
(Previous Villa experience essential)

General Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Bachelor Degree (S1) civil engineer from reputable university.
  • Having min 5 (five) years of experiences of relevant experience in construction works and having MEP knowledge and able to make the construction details if need to be and certain complicated structure details.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, mature, confident, highly motivated, accurate, good communication & interpersonal skills, good manner, fair, honest.
  • Attentive, polite, professional appearance, punctual, outgoing personality, excellent social skills, proactive, flexible, polyvalent, team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Computer literate
  • Full-time work and based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

In general and construction field in particular in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, includes architectural, structural and maintenance works in high quality result.

 

MARKETING AND OPERATIONS

General Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Bachelor Degree (S1) Marketing from reputable university.
  • Three years of experience or relevant experience in hospitality marketing field such sales and e-marketing and business development.
  • Mature, confident, highly motivated, accurate, good communication & interpersonal skills, good organizational skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong effective communicator and strong team player.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
  • Can work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
  • Full time work and based in Bali.

 

ACCOUNTING

General Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Bachelor Degree (S1) Accountancy from reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience in knowledge and experience of International Accountancy system
  • French speaking and written 
  • Mature, confident, highly motivated, accurate, good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently, doesn't mind to go the extra mile when needed, able to keep confidentiality.
  • Attentive, polite, professional appearance, punctual, outgoing personality, excellent social skills, proactive, flexible, polyvalent, team player.
  • Computer literate
  • Full-time work and based in Bali.
  • Candidate should have a strong personality, good manner, fair, honest.
