The Ecolodges - Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

 

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking.
  • For selected peak periods or special events, full prepayment may be required and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
  • Any unpaid balance must be settled within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation.

Direct Bookings – Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation made between 60 to 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
  • Cancellation made 29 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value and are non-refundable.

Additional Rules

  • In the events of no-show, early departure, or unused nights, the full booking value (100%) will apply.
  • Date changes may be requested more than 30 days prior to arrival and are subject to written approval. Please note that rate adjustments apply when changing from low to high season; differences in rates are non-refundable.​

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, The Ecolodges will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative dates or credit vouchers, subject to availability. Please note cash refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

 

Governing Law

All bookings are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the property is located.

 

The version published on The Ecolodges official website shall prevail.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
